For sale : this is a Weider Core 600 adjustable weight bench, squat rack,and 45lb Olympic bar The bench can adjust for several levels of incline and decline as well as 90 degrees for shoulders. (And flat for regular bench press, of course.) It includes leg extension and bicep curl accessories. The rack adjusts to accommodate bench press, incline/decline press, and squats with adjustable safety bars.
