Great Buying Experience at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park

I recently purchased a new 2026 Toyota Tundra from AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park, and the entire process was smooth and transparent from start to finish. Connor was my salesman, and he did an excellent job — no pressure, clear communication, and very straightforward with pricing and options.

I went in to order a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and was told that you can't do that, and that I had to wait for something to show up.  This was from one of the sales managers, I thought that might be the case now. I was willing to pay MSRP no issues, but was being convinced to try and take one of the upcoming vechiles coming in. We'll long story short, I found one that I liked in Lakewood so I called Gettel.  I could get the one advertised, but they said I could order exactly what I wanted as well. Needless to say, I bought it there. Did I wait for it, yes? But I got exactly what I wanted.  They flat out lied to me (very convincingly as well) and lost a sale for being clowns.  I attached a pic before I drove it off the lot and then at the house.  Dont waste your time there and go to another Toyota dealership where the management doesn't lie.
