This is a couch that has been in a home with cats and dogs. Great brand Kasala. We used it for guests as a bed, love that the arm rest turns into a foot rest, that it recipes and lays flat. Each side can be at its own angle. Giving it away because of cat scratches, in arm rest. 77 by 23 seating area, measures 85 long 34 deep and 33 high without headrest and 38 with headrest. Pick up in NE Seattle. I cannot help lift at all. Down up a flight of stairs outside to first floor of house.
