Thank you to the entire team at DJA, they made my used car buying experience a breeze. From the test drive to back in finance everything went smoothly (which is rare in most places.) I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Great dealership with great service and lots of vehicles to choose from . We drove over 90mins to go check out a few cars in Orlando.  Our fist stop was this place and Michelle took Great care of us. We test drove the vehicle and liked it but we also wanted to check out the other vehicles that we had schedule to see. To make a long story short one of the vehicles that we were schedule to see was right across the road from this dealership but we had no idea because we are not from the Orlando area. The dealership across from them has the same vehicle and we got 3 different prices from 3 different workers
Almost $ 4000 more than what we were told . We returned to dja auto center and purchased the vehicle we test  drove. Everything was great from the employees to the vehicles .they even accepted our trade in for a decent price.. very happy with the purchase and lots of thanks to Michelle.  Recommend this dealership 100% but don't trust the dealership across the street from them, they like to play mind games .when buying a used car we are all taking a risk . A car could be running perfect for years and unfortunately it will it break down on the next owner . Things happen even brand new cars break down.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would!!! People stay away from this place. Take your time and read all of the bad reviews, they all say the same thing. You buy a car that according to them works at 100% and a few days later your dashboard will be looking like a christmas tree. I bought a small suv that in 2 weeks time was overheating and leaking coolant. I took it back to the dealer and they said they would fix the problem. They stayed with the car over 3 days and when I got it back all the lights were gone but with the same issue going on. I then took it to another place and guess what I was told? These people were deleting the codes to spare some time to then tell me my time is up, call the warranty place. They no longer answer my calls, they leave me on read and now I’m stuck with a car  that does not work. Very nice at the time of sale and once you sign paperwork you are a piece of garbage!!! Stay away

New review: I no longer agree with this statement. I will say they did take the car back to fix it. However, we feel as though we still got lied to throughout the whole process and our feelings about that needs be heard. This is why. My boyfriend bought a 2021 Ford Escape and everything seemed fine. All of a sudden there were issues. We took it to a Ford Dealership to look at it and they said that the transmission blew. However, this could not happen within the month of having it, that it has to have been happening way before he bought it. We went to dja to try explaining what happened and see if they could do anything and they ask why we didn't bring it back for them to look at it instead of Ford. We said we never knew we could because we were never told that. Dja then told us that they had a tow truck we could use to get the car from Ford to them and when speaking to the manager, he said that they in fact did not have a tow so we felt we got lied to and had to pay for a tow. I do understand they might get busy however we are still their clients and need the same respect. We appreciate that they did fix the car and covered the payments of the parts however, we are not happy that we got lied to about the tow truck and other things. Please do your research before going to car places so you can know what they are talking about.

Very friendly, easy going and courteous. Affordable and willing to work with your budget. We highly recommend this auto dealership. You’ll feel right at home.
