2018 Yamaha AR 195 &nbsp; The 2018 AR195 features a new cockpit layout with a bench seat wrapping from the stern all the way to the port console, which is padded as a backrest for an observer. The sole behind the helm is now open for stowing a 25-quart cooler below a detachable table. Even with the table in place there’s always a clear walkway through the boat. The bucket seat at the helm is slimmed down and the lower portion of the backrest is cut away to allow the driver to pivot without unlocking the seat swivel. A larger port console offers more stowage space, and its inboard surface is angled toward the cockpit so it’s easier to reach the lockable door. Bow seat cushions and the port aft seat cushion are now hinged and easier to open than the previous ­lift-off cushions. The AR195 model includes a watersports tower with integrated sun top. Very Poor Service.  I purchased a 2020 Yamaha 242x and was treated like I was wasting THEIR time.  It was as if it was their first time selling a boat....I had to follow-up with the multiple times to receive my documents just so I could register it.  I had to ask them multiple times to verify the documents were correct because the DMV would not register the trailer.  I had to return the boat the day after for service because it was not lake ready and we received error codes when we tested it on the water.  I had to follow up multiple times to receive additional equipment they sold me, but were out of stock on.  I had to reach out to them multiple times to find out when they will send me deck pads that were "scratched up from a cat" in their yard and 3 months later I still don't have them.....what I do have is a service survey from Yamaha claiming I had my boat serviced by them recently....I have not, but I look forward to filling it out!  No matter how many problems I have had with them, they can't seem to figure it out.  Even though Will is extremely nice and willing to help, his wife Candice is not.  He told me to reach out to him directly yet his wife intercepts his messages and tells me to stop going through him.  I tried not to give them a negative review, but facts are facts and I am still waiting for the item on my sales sheet....(which I can purchase online for $40).

The entire team at Boating Lake Mead worked together to create an enjoyable purchase experience.  Despite the logistical challenges of COVID-19 and conducting much of this process online and by phone, the sales team remained responsive and patient through back and forth questions, negotiation and paperwork.  They creatively worked to accommodate our situation being from out of state and we ended up with an extremely fair deal.  A purchase doesn’t have to be a “steal” to walk away feeling great.  I also appreciated their thorough delivery overview.  They didn’t try to sell us accessories we didn’t need, but rather offered helpful suggestions for things we hadn’t considered.  We added a couple useful accessories and they were accommodating in changing out a Bimini that better suits our needs.  Based on our experience thus far we are confident they will come through with a Bimini solution at likely even better quality than from the factory.  Finally, the Lake Mead Marina staff were equally helpful in coordinating a slip rental that coincides with the re-opening of the lake.  Many companies would have required us to start the slip rental immediately despite the lake closure, but this company clearly recognizes the value of long-term relationships with their customers and are working with us to minimize the financial and logistical impact.  Without reservation I recommend giving this company the opportunity to earn your business as well.

I recently purchased a boat through Dale and I will be the first to tell you that I am a terrible customer. I actually warned Dale that I was going to be a pain in the butt as I am very detail oriented and was looking for a great deal.

Dale must have showed me close to 10 boats and even reshowed them to my wife if she wasn't with me when I saw them the first time. He never lost his smile or his great attitude through this whole process.

We made three offers on three different boats and was finally able to close a deal on the third.

In today's day and age, many commission based salesman are looking for the quick score and don't want to spend the time necessary to close a deal that may require a little more effort. That's not the case with Dale.

It's wasn't just the sales that was phenomenal, the business office was also great. I sent my wife down to handle all the paperwork and it was a quick and painless process. She told me everyone was very pleasant and great to deal with.

Finally, from a service perspective, I had a small leak in my cockpit sink when I got the boat. Dale got the service department involved and they had it fixed the next day.

From all aspects, I only had a positive experience with Dry Dock Boat Sales and would recommend them highly if you are looking to purchase a new or used boat.

TERRIBLE PLACE !!!   I went in to buy a Yamaha boat. They wanted to charge a whole lot more than sticker and when I asked them why, they lied and said that’s what they have to pay for all the work to get the boat ready and get it delivered!   I called two dealerships after I left they told me the truth and didn’t charge me crazy up charges and I bought a Yamaha boat somewhere else. I’ve been to this dealer twice and both times you never leave feeling that they’re telling you the truth about anything. My recommendation is go in and look around get the price from them and then make some phone calls to some other dealerships within 2 to 5 hours.   you’ll save a ton of money.
