This is a like new Kolbenz SP-15 rectangular 20 x 14 orbital floor machine Check it on on Google by searching sp-15 kolbenz This is basically still in new condition, it was a floor display model. The plate underneath was used to repair a customer's machine so this doesn't have the plate, and that is why the price is so low. It comes with extra weight plate to ad on for more pressure.
