I will be moving soon and I am subleasing my room from July 1st to January 5th. I am asking $950 that includes access to the pool, gym , clubhouse and all utilities included. Also there is a washer and dryer in the unit that you can use it any time. The location is really convenient; in the corner there is a bus stop and a train station. The apartment is located in the Avalon at Westmont Station in the 2nd floor with access to the elevator. In the first floor there is a supermarket , dunkin donuts and a liquor store.
