Called The DB Method, the simple, originally priced $229 machine works to target the three muscles that make up your buttocks: the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus. Kim Kardashian bought one for each member of her family for Christmas. Folds down for easy storage. Easy to use and feel the burn, but I prefer working out at gyms instead of home.
