Only 2.5 years old. This was a $2000 custom made to order sofa. My price includes the Ottoman. I priced it low so you could pay a few hundred to have it moved. There are no rips or damage except 1 foot on the Ottoman has some scuffing (see pic). Comes with the two matching throw pillows. 103 inches long 82 inches inside arm to arm 21 inches seat height 36 inches back height with pillows 44 inches depth 27 inches just seat depth ottoman 60“ x 27“
