2nd owner, had it since mid-2023 ourselves, and only used it a handle full of times All the electrical works, has water and propane hookups (we never used them) Pop out works fine, heating/ac unit work well (used in winter and summer) Can plug it in to show functionality of electrical and expansion Updated info for all the questions I've been getting regarding condition... Tires may need to be replaced, brand new spare on back Awning is torn (never tried it) - one bracket for storage is broken Does not leak Yes, it comes with the load-leveling bars (locking hooks are in the pic of the hitch)
