When I first picked it up, they weren’t able to fully detail it that day, but Camila told me to bring it back later in the week and she had it detailed for me. That kind of customer service really made the difference.

Overall, the buying process was smooth and positive. Just keep in mind that calling doesn’t work too well, but if you go in person and work with Camila you’ll be in good hands.

This situation is akin to purchasing from a private seller; however, the distinction lies in the additional costs incurred—namely taxes, the commission of an unprofessional seller, and insurance that offers no real protection. Ultimately, you might find yourself spending an extra $3,000 without receiving any value in return. I urge you to reconsider before making a purchase here—take heed of my experience.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership.
I called to inquire about a vehicle and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. After finally speaking with someone and going over the exact vehicle I was interested in—one I planned to purchase outright in cash—I was told they would call me back. It’s been two days. No call.

When I followed up, the woman who answered was incredibly rude and actually hung up on me—twice. It’s as if they’re allergic to making a sale.

I later read online reviews and discovered that they reportedly add a hidden $2,000 fee that they refuse to disclose over the phone. When I asked for the full out-the-door price, they dodged the question—now I see why. This place is shady, disrespectful, and clearly not interested in transparency or professionalism.
