Just bought my first EV!!! They have such great prices compared to other places I've been. They made the financing process really easy, quick and smooth. Barbara was my salesperson, and she was very knowledgeable and helped me find the lowest miles, with all the bells and whistles, even under my budget. Would recommend and come back again.

I can say I haven't found a more inept disappointing place to buy a car from. I have scheduled 2 phone calls and requested phone calls many times! Nothing. No one ever contacts me. I call in during business hours. Ava is terrible! I've been transferred to a representative 10 times. Music just plays. No one ever answers the phone. Then someone hits hangup button! Every time! I can not believe the absolute disregard for customers trying to just talk to someone. I thought buying a car from here would be a great experience.  Turns out. They won't even talk to you. Good luck!!!

My experience was extremely disappointing. Had I been aware that the vehicles were not certified and that no inspections were conducted, I would have chosen not to purchase from this dealership. The cars are riddled with issues and lack essential components. The company does not accept responsibility for these problems. They also sell insurance policies that fail to cover the issues they claim to address during the sales process. I urge you to think twice before buying here to avoid facing the same unfortunate situation I encountered, ultimately ending up with a used car that requires significant investment for repairs. My advice is to refrain from making a purchase. I feel let down and burdened with debt for a vehicle that has come to be worthless.  The most concerning aspect is that the dealer openly acknowledges selling vehicles without being certain of their condition. This situation is akin to purchasing from a private seller; however, the distinction lies in the additional costs incurred—namely taxes, the commission of an unprofessional seller, and insurance that offers no real protection. Ultimately, you might find yourself spending an extra $3,000 without receiving any value in return. I urge you to reconsider before making a purchase here—take heed of my experience.
