All staff are amazing. I just bought a Chevy Bolt to this dealership.  Its my first car,   I went to 5 different dealership before and it's because I never buy a car before so they dont want to give low interest to me. But Alsbou motor auto group they made it happen to give me a best deal and help me to get low APR.  Also they help me get best insurance for my car.  English is my 2nd laguage and they help me to understand everything I know about a buying a car. The place also very nice. I feel at home and they all very friendly and helpful. Thanks alsbou motor.

WARNING: Classic Bait-and-Switch Scam – Dishonest, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Time

This dealership is a textbook example of how NOT to treat customers. My experience was filled with lies, deception, hidden fees, and unprofessional behavior, all masked under the illusion of a “high-end” dealership.

I reached out to them about a 2012 Mercedes-Benz E350 Coupe listed for $12,777 on CarGurus. I spoke directly with Lorenzo, who they told me is their financial manager — not just a salesperson, but the main decision-maker for deals. Over the phone, he agreed to $13,800 out the door, and said the car was in perfect condition.

With that deal in place, my father and I drove 140 miles round-trip to see the car. When we arrived, Lorenzo was nowhere to be found, even though he said he’d be there personally. We were handed off to a disorganized and inexperienced salesperson named Alex.

I test drove the car, which was sitting outside with the convertible roof already down. After the drive, we asked to raise the roof and inspect it — and that’s when we saw a very obvious tear or burn in the fabric, covered with a messy rubber patch. When we brought it up, the staff acted shocked, pretending they didn’t know. There is no way a dealer claiming to inspect their cars “top to bottom” wouldn’t have noticed this major defect. This was either a lie or gross negligence.

But it got worse. We then sat down to review the numbers, expecting the $13,800 Lorenzo promised. Instead, they presented a total of $17,900 — a $4,100 markup. Why? They tried to sneak in over $3,000 worth of “mandatory add-ons” like ceramic coating and an anti-theft package that we NEVER agreed to. They claimed it was corporate policy that these are added to every car — even though their own website and CarGurus listing say they are optional.

We called them out, and eventually they came down to $14,900, but that was still $1,100 over the agreed price and they refused to remove the unnecessary ceramic coating. Meanwhile, we had now discovered serious damage to the convertible top, which would cost $1,500 for parts alone, not including labor. Our request to lower the price accordingly was more than fair — but they weren’t interested in making anything right.

We were forced to sit in the dealership for over 2.5 hours while Alex and the finance staff repeatedly disappeared for 30+ minutes at a time, supposedly to “check with finance.” In reality, they were just on their phones in the back, wasting our time and hoping we’d give in. No one had authority to do anything, and the person who did (Lorenzo) never showed up — and was unreachable.

Eventually, another employee named John stepped in and said he’d speak to corporate and call us back within 2 hours. He never called. The next day, we got a random call from a salesperson saying Lorenzo would call us in 10–15 minutes. It’s now been over 5 hours — and once again, no call.

This dealership is operating on a predatory model:
•	They list cars online at low prices to bait you in.
•	Once you arrive, they force thousands in fake “required” packages onto the final cost.
•	They lie about the condition of the car and act surprised when damage is discovered.
•	They drag out the process hoping to pressure you into accepting the deal.
•	Their team is untrained, unprofessional, and misleading.
•	Their own financial manager doesn’t honor his word, disappears, and ghosts you.

This place should NOT be in business. They knowingly engage in bait-and-switch tactics, they misrepresent their listings, and they waste hours of your time with no intention of honoring what they advertise.

I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, reporting them to CarGurus, and leaving this review on every platform possible. If this helps even one person avoid the mistake of trusting them, it’s worth it.

Do NOT waste your time. Do NOT trust their ads. Do NOT believe their prices. This is not a real dealership — it’s a scam operation with desks and a sign out front.

What can I say Alex, Lorenzo, John, and Yusef went above and beyond with their service. The Hyundai Veloster was my dream car for a very long time and they made it happen. I didn't think it was possible, but with all of their help and hard work and support I was able to drive off the lot with my new car. They have a lot of beautiful cars and I recommend going to see them in the future if you're going to trade in or buy a new car! Thank you again Alsbou Motor Auto Group. You made everything so easy and stress free. They even washed my new car for me. They will work with you no matter what your credit or what your situation. Definitely recommend these people.
