1979 Macgregor Venture

For sale or trade. 1979 macgregor venture 21’ sailboat in nice condition. I bought last year and have only used it once. It has a 4 hp mercury which runs spark plugs recently replaced standing rigging is all in good shape. Sails were kept in good condition by prior owners replaced wood trim over the winter, including the block where the main sheet and the swing heel winch tie in. The boat sails well. The trailer which was conveyed by the prior owner to me was not given to me with clear title. They only gave a disclaimer so I cannot pass title to the trailer. I have also observed a concern with the trailer hitch, so I cannot make any warranties about the current trailer. But I do believe the sailboat has some good sailing life in it for the right owner. It is just a bit too complicated for us at this time with younger children and work obligations. Will consider best offers or trades/trades in part for sea kayaks, Hobie kayaks or catamaran,SUP boards, and other similar craft. Will also consider gardening/landscape items, art, mid century items or?
