SCAMMERS!! STAY AWAY! THEY SOLD ME A WHITE 2002 FORD ESCAPE I BOUGHT IT 08/29/2024 IT COMPLETELY BROKE DOWN BY 09/29/2024 !!! I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED OFF THE HIGHWAY TO MY HOME ANY PROBLEMS YOU HAVE THEY’LL KEEP SAYING “CAR IS SOLD AS IS” WORSE PLACE I’VE EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM IN MY LIFE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THEY'LL SALE YOU A LEMON & KEEP YOUR MONEY NO REFUND!! THEYLL ALSO TAKE YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU CAN RESOLVE ANYTHING OR Renegotiate A FAIR PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT!! MY CAR NOTE WAS DUE
10/12/2024 THEY CAME & TOOK MY CAR ON 10/18/2024 6 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT WAS DUE EVEN AFTER I SAID I COULD PAY THE FULL BALANCE THEY IGNORED MY EMAIL & CAME TO GET THE CAR WITHOUT EVER RESPONDING VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO TAKING MY CAR THEN THEY SENT ME A LETTER THREATENING ME TRYING TO COLLECT ON THE CARS FULL BALANCE OF $5,200 I DIDNT MAKE THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT BECAUSE THE CAR WAS STILL HAVING MECHANICAL ISSUES EVEN AFTER THEY CLAIMED GO PUT IT IN THE SHOP MIND YOU I HAD ALL OF THESE ISSUES 30DAYS AFTER MY PURCHASE SO YES I ABSOLUTELY WANTED TO RENEGOTIATE A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT !!!

I had purchased a car in July. Car had some issues but I kept in contact and still made my payments on time. Of course no one can tell if the car will have issues later on but Jenifer and Erik have been amazing in helping me with the car. Car ended up not working at all afterwards keep in mind I had the car for 6 months. I called and spoke with Jenifer and had me explain in detail about the car and sent it to the owner. Process was super easy I went and rendered the car and I was able to walk out with a new car. Jenifer is amazing at her job. Work with her and she will work with you ! Over all the communication was great ! I was more then happy to have my issue resolved :)

Jennifer, the office manager, was great with a beautiful attitude.  I was 3 months late, and she did everything she could to work things out.
Highly recommend this place. Customer service was excellent, and the cars are nice and in good condition (and reasonably priced)!!

DON'T DO IT!! My husband called to make a arrangement to pay the note on the 22nd. Spoke to someone in the office and she approved that, that was fine todo. We woke up to leave and there was No Vehicle outside. Called the lot and got the confirmation that the vehicle had been towed! He was One month (30 days) late with a payment that he had already gotten the OK to pay the note on the 22nd. Today is the 22nd. These people didn't even wait until lunch time the day of to take it. Even got the I don't care tone of voice from one of the ladies and was hit with the well you can pay us $4000 to get it back, after we only had $2000 to pay it off! Then to add insult to injury, the company they got to tow is charging just to get your belongings out of the vehicle. We have to pay $75 to get our sons car seat from the vehicle. (Dependable Towing) This Place is a Joke!
10 out of 10 Don't Recommend!!!!!!!!
