Just put in new set of elixir nanoweb medium gauge strings….. .13 On 10/25/25. Trade or cash. (Other musical gear for trade) 1980s Applause AE-38. Made in Korea. Passive onboard electronics with volume and tone in full working condition. (Can test first before purchasing). This guitar sounds quite nice and is very easy on the left hand when playing. Nice low action. Shallow body. Seriously great value for a solid, fully functioning, quality sounding acoustic/electric. This guitar has been played….a lot…. It has physical signs of use and is over 40 years old. Cosmetic only. Some light scratches and dings. It’s been used. I have used myself heavily for the last 12 years and it was visibly used when I purchased it. Again, has zero effect on sound quality, electric components, or playability. Just looks used. That’s all…
