Flush adapter that connects to a standard garden hose is included. 2013 Model. I'm the second owner. Residential use only by myself & original owner, never used commercially. The original owner bought it, used it twice, then let it sit in a barn with the key on for almost 2 years. Has always ran great, never had any issues. Only selling because the mower is just too big for my average sized yard. I never purchased the bagging system for it and the wife doesn't like that it leaves grass clippings behind without the bag. She's also afraid to use it to cut the grass herself if she wanted to, so in this instance she wins. But because of that I don't really have to sell it either.
