Honest review. I found this dealership while looking for a used SUV and made an appointment with Isaac. When we arrived, the place was a bit messy but straightforward. The vehicle we came for was pulled up to the front and freshly cleaned & wiped down which was nice. Isaac & Shane were friendly and the place was busy which was reassuring. We gave it a once over and walked around to see the other options on the lot. They have a large inventory of used vehicles in varying conditions, but the one we were interested in was one of the better by far with only a few issues.
During the test drive Isaac pointed out the front end clunking (which we noticed but waited to see if he would address) and he assured us they would cover to fix through one of their service center contacts. He printed out the CarFax for us to look over while we were waiting for him to complete paperwork for another customer. His straightforward attitude and willingness to make everything right made us feel comfortable with going through with the purchase.
We were able to negotiate a fair price paid in full and complete paperwork within an hour or so, and have been happy with it so far with no additional issues (purchased 2/22). The only thing they didn’t offer were tags, only title transfer & temp registration was included in the $800-ish fees. BUT as long as they follow up with us to make the service appt to fix the items we collectively outlined in our warranty contract, and we receive our title in a timely manner we have no complaints.

The dealer Issac was very helpful and was very professional. Really much appreciate the help. He explained what cars had problems and which ones didn’t. He also helped me choose the right car for my budget. I would definitely recommend this dealership.. 5 stars

My wife and I came in looking for a 2002 Ford Explorer that we saw online. There was still some work to be done on it. Shane was most helpful with helping us find a better car and working with our price range. He was very patient and had great customer service. We drove off with a 2004 Nissan Altima Thanks to him. I would buy from him anytime.

I’ve purchased several vehicles from this establishment, and I can say ,I would highly recommend the customer service is outstanding the salesman are very helpful & the prices are negotiable!!! They also have soo many cars available youre for sure going to see something for you.

Wow! I have to tell you I had such a great experience with Isaac! He was helpful in every single way from beginning to end! I was looking to buy just one car but I ended up buying two cars! I have been to many dealership before with pushy sales people, not here. Here you feel like family and are treat as such! I will only buy my cars here and nowhere else! Their cars are well maintained and their prices are very reasonable! Why go anywhere else?
