We stopped by the dealership on a Sunday just to look at pickup trucks for my husband . We had no intention of buying that day. Brenda was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and took the time to show us several different options that might work for us.

World’s best ever experience buying a car with Covert. I worked with Bailey, Lorenzo and Mark and they were so communicative, patient, and thorough. I had a no pressure experience with Tucker Cargil.  I told him exactly what I wanted and found my car. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.  He’s personable and he cares. He and Lad made my experience at Covert a 5-Star one. Oh, and Tucker even delivered my car!

Brian Brown was my salesman and I can fairly say I wasn’t excited about purchasing a new vehicle. But once we hit on the right one for me I left super excited. Go see Brian Brown and tell him Joelle sent you!

I will never buy from Covert Chevrolet Hutto again, nor will I recommend them for any sales. I had quite literally the worst buying experience there than any other dealership I have ever bought a car from- ever.
Service started out rocky but service manager, Pedro personally called and made everything right. Kudos to him and the service department.

Bought 2024 Equinox EV Feb 2025- Their sales guy was decent, but everyone and everything else was the worst representation of their dealership- the epitome of why we hate buying cars from dealerships. The only reason I went through with the purchase was the 0.9% financing which their financing guy blatantly tried to renege on more than once during this sale- tried getting me to agree to 2.9 after promising 0.9 Financing guy then said I needed to buy extended warranty so they could recoup some money. When I refused he went so far as to try to end the sale and "get me a ride home right now". This went on for hours and after nearly losing it in the lobby with other shoppers they sold the car at the agreed upon price and financing.  After the sale an employee out of Covert store called me and asked me to leave a good review on the email coming from GM. I told her about the horrible sales experience I had and she said the review was specifically for the sales guy and not financing team. I again told them about my experience their only response was the review is for my interaction w/ Sales agent and not the dealership itself. No one reached out to address my legitimate complaints but they called me 3 more times to remind me to leave a 5 star review.

Mind you this review on their sales team - minus Will Atherton - is only after telling anyone that would listen to me and my grievances from the 1st sales interaction right to the end of being hassled for 5 star reveiws butr not addresising my legitimate complaints.

5 stars for service due to service manager, Pedro reaching out to me directly. My interaction w/ him felt genuine and not just damage control.
