IT IS NEVER USED AND EVERYTHING IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. IT STARTED OUT AS A AVR-8500H. I SENT IT OUT FOR THE UPGRADE AND NOW ITS A AVR-8500HA. I DONT HAVE AT TV FOR THE ALLM AND VRR SETTINGS. SO IT MAKES THESE RECEIVER NOT WORTH MY TV NOR AM I GOING TO UPGRADE MY TV. THE RECEIVER IS STILL IN MY CABINET. I HAVEN'T TAKEN IT OUT YET. AS I DON'T WANT TO UNHOOK IT. IT IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH THE STICKER ON IT. IT PASSED ALL SPECS WHEN BEING UPGRADED. THIS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH THE RECEIVER INSIDE THE RECEIVER BOX AND ANOTHER BOX PROTECTING THE RECEIVER BOX. EVERYTHING IN THE PICTURES IS WHAT YOU GET! IT WILL BE FACTORY RESET UPON BEING SOLD.
