Basically new couch/sofa. We bought brand new less than a month ago but we have different plans for our space now. We bought for 2k. Hoping to recoup 1500 for it. Chaise part can move to either side. It has a few minor scratches from our cat, but nothing serious. Hence the price drop. Must pick up in Queen Anne! Dimensions: 110L x 39deep x 25H
