I can deliver and help set up for free! Smoke free home and couch has been shampooed/cleaned (that’s what the marks are from, there is no striped pattern on the couch) very light beige fabric, with no rips or tears. Couch is very comfortable and in great condition. Comes apart into 2 pieces for easy moving. All seat cushions are removable with washable covers. As seen in photos/videos there is a few small spots of discoloration, not very noticeable but want to be transparent about it. Throw pillows are included. You’re welcome to see the couch before buying, and I do NOT require a deposit for delivery, just good communication. Dimensions are aprx 7.5 ft on left side 9ft on right side 3ft deep seats
