Open box , only used a week, newest model less then a month old. I switched to at&t with my cell plan, only reason I'm selling it. If you have Comcast already, it's a great deal because they charge you almost 29 dollars a month in rental fees , so buy this one , send yours back and you'll be saving 20 dollars a month!
