This POWERHOUSE gym set is what you see pictured, if you look close enough there is a cable pull set up in the back for you to do pull-down and you can adjust it where you can do curl ups The bench itself inclines and lays flat (The part of the bench that you actually sit on is tore up and could use a re-cover) You will not receive the big Olympic weights with this bench but we will include the curl bar and 2 separate adjustable dumbbells that are pictured in the last picture
