Russell Secrest (1(contact info removed)) is known for both his sculptures and modernist jewelry designs. Born in Muncie, Indiana, Secrest earned an Associates in Applied Science degree from the School for American Craftsmen at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. It is clear that he appreciated precision, as the sculpture balances perfectly on it's base and moves freely with the slightest touch. Please see photos. ABOUT THE ARTIST Russell Secrest (1(contact info removed)), known for both his sculptures and modernist jewelry designs. Born in Muncie, Indiana, Secrest earned an Associates in Applied Science degree from the School for American Craftsmen at Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. With his wife, Frances, he operated the Artisans Gallery in Petoskey, Michigan, which featured his artwork, as well as that of other American designers.
