Bluetooth capability. 40 gallon fresh water tank and 24.5 gallon gray & black water holding tanks. - Fridge / Freezer - Tankless Water Heater-propane - stove top - Microwave hood combo - Enclosed shower separate from toilet - AC/Fan Combo- electric - Propane Furnace - Water Pump Gross weight 14,500 Sleeps 7 comfortably with 7 seat belts There is a couch, 4 seater dinette, a refrigerator that can run on electricity or propane, a tankless water heater for the whole unit, a loft area, a queen sized bed platform, inside shower & bathroom. A 32 in TV in front room ( needs a universal remote), many cupboards for storage, and large storage behind bedroom. This RV does need a bit of cosmetic work. I have put less than 75 miles on it since October. I truly enjoy it but can no longer afford to keep it. Willing to negotiate on price. - I have MANY things that go with it like covers for the couch, dinette seats, and loft mattress. There is a creeper board ($75) in the box, a ladder (not attached), 2 hoses for fresh water (1 heated & 1 not), black water hose, 2 vent inserts for winter, 2 insulation blankets for windows or doors, new shelves in living area, kitchen, & bedroom and 1 that I didn't get installed, New lights & thermostat (in the boxes - extras just in case), 2 (installed the box) bathroom toothbrush holders, and more.
