This thing has saved my life the last couple summers living in an apartment. 5000btu. also has dehumidifier function. it's been well taken care of in a clean apartment. I cleaned it meticulously often bc i don't want to breathe in no funky ish. (yes I know it is dusty in the picture it's been in a basement for the last year and I was in a hurry) Comes with extra long hose. I just purchased it new last summer.
