I recently bought this beautiful 2016 Ram 1500 and Knapp Autos made it such a simple process. They were straight forward, worked with me on my trade and got me rolling in this beautiful truck. I enjoyed this truck so much that I lifted it and put new wheels on it! I had some trouble with my bank but they let me put a deposit on the truck and were honestly the best buying experience I’ve had from a dealer!

My husband and I came in last week and found a truck we really liked. Unfortunately we had to wait a week for money in order to get it. So taking our chances, we waited the week and luckily the same truck was still here. We were offered another test drive if we wanted to make sure everything was still the way we found it, the week prior. We were welcomed with smiles both visits, helped with everything we needed, and any questions we had were answered. The paperwork was quick and easy and they showed us that they knew what they were doing with confidence. Very great and friendly atmosphere. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend checking these guys out. Whether that is new or used, they will help you find the right vehicle for you. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a reasonable  and reliable car! I drove from south Carolina to Virginia (7 hour drive) to buy this amazing jeep Cherokee from Cory and his guys. They were super nice to us and were very laid back and made the sale easy and quick! Got to test drive the car and knew I wanted it instantly and paid cash. Drove so far because you can’t beat their prices! I’ll be back up for my next car it’s worth it, give them a try!

Bought a 2015 ram from Knapp auto and the guys there are top notch dudes. Super friendly and relatable along with a hell of a good price for the truck we bought! After we agreed on a price, we were out of there within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend checking them out!

As someone who has bought vehicles in the past from private sellers, big name dealers, and now independent dealers i can say with confidence Knapp Auto has been the best in terms of quality and value. Not only did I feel confident that the vehicle i was purchasing was in sound working order, but small issues were both brought to my attention and handled/replaced all before purchasing. The entire process was transparent and honest, not once did I feel I was being taken advantage of or given the ol' smoke and mirrors trick.
