Extra Large Aquarium w/ Stained+Sealed, Willow Cabinet & Stand

I recently helped a good friend of mine renovate/sell one of his properties, and this entire Aquarium & Stand belonged to him for some time. He no longer wanted to deal with the burden of having to move it, then have it set up once more at another location. The entire thing is in virtually perfect condition. There are no scratches, chips, or cracks upon the glass tank. The Stained Willow Cabinet/Stand has also been sealed (as mentioned above). The wood is in pristine condition; without the slightest hint of water damage, broken segments, missing hardware, or ill fitting joinery. The entire stand is extremely durable, and sits perfectly flat, without so much as the slightest movement. It’s without a doubt a piece of decor that is intended to last past one’s lifetime; to be passed down to family or friends, for many future generations to enjoy. *Some features that I’ve found unique are— The matching wooden top cover, that sits atop the aquarium itself, is not only easy to remove entirely, but also has a hinged door that spans the entire length of the tank. This allows anyone to easily access the aquarium itself; without the need to remove an entire lid, like many other aquariums require. ALSO, on each of the two ends of the aforementioned top cover lid, there is a simple hook lock; similar to the ones used on old screen doors. It gives an extra sense of security for your pet(s). Making sure the hinged door can’t be opened accidentally or unintentionally. There is a sliding barn-style door, built into the bottom storage compartment area of the stand. That allows anyone to access the storage area directly underneath the aquarium; without the need of extra space that’s normally required for multiple hinged/hung type doors. There’s also a PVC type drainage plug, built into the base of the aquarium. Allowing anyone to efficiently drain the entire tank; either into a basin placed within the storage area underneath OR by connecting a hose leading from the drainage pipe, to a kitchen sink/bathtub, or outdoors. *SPECIFICATIONS* The aquarium itself (the glass tank) measures: {approximately} 18” x 52” x 23” The aquarium & stand together measures: {approximately} 18” x 52” x 60” Maximum Capacity of the Aquarium: {approximately} 352.8 Liters / 93.2 US Gallons This is definitely a readymade centerpiece, which is nearly guaranteed to bring beauty, and life to your home, but also to be a beacon for compliments from any guest you may have over. Upon seeing this for the first time, it’s nearly guaranteed to start a conversation between people. I have no problem with providing the delivery and setup of the aquarium & stand for an additional $50.00. Considering the intense weight of the combined piece, and the amount of patience, delicacy, and skill required to load, transport, unload again, then lastly maneuver/assemble it without damaging or destroying it; I believe nearly anyone could agree that a $50.00 transfer cost is quite reasonable. ALSO, I will do a complete cleaning of the Stand/Aquarium before arrival; free of charge! Anyone interested, also has the option to do everything themselves. (Pickup, Transportation, and Installation) As I realize some people have the means, and would have no problem doing so; while simultaneously, saving $50.00. Lastly, I am open to taking offers, as long as they are sincere & realistic. Please, serious inquiries & offers only— ie.
