Description

It’s another Harbor Freight (use it till you break it then get a good one) tool. I never used it, so, I never broke it, and thus don’t need a better one. HOWEVER, this is as new as a bright spring morn. Never even had a piece of sandpaper attached. But I do understand - it’s Harbor Fright, after all, and it is used - well, not really USED, but it’s not fresh out of the box, either. But it’s a good tool, and deserves a good home - preferably yours.
