the dealership was very respectful & very patient. the process was a little long but they made me feel very welcome, although my radio was not working they will be installing a new one...

have your bank statements, proof of income, money for the insurance to leave off of the car lot, & money saved after so you can maintain your weekly, biweekly, monthly, payments on the vehicle to avoid any repossessions or delays on the bills. i went thru a hard time in life and i just want anyone who knows nothing about cars to have a clear understanding and know what they are walking into. i wish i had a person like me to tell me this but i had to find out the hard way so im being that person to the younger generation.

in conclusion, the dealership was brand new and i love the car that i have. wouldn't change a thing.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to make a deal as someone else purchased the car I was interested in. This was the EXACT car I wanted in perfect condition, I just drug my feet. But I will say Ferrer Hebert on their Facebook Marketplace was very responsive and compassionate. Plus they take very good photos of their cars making it a better online shopping experience. Wish them good business for these small details alone 🙂
