Rolls Royce of pizza presses; both top and bottom plate heat, variable temperature, variable thickness, up to 14” wide, presses and ‘sets’ the dough so it can be handled, dough is soft and playable after pressing. Very massively built, all stainless steel, very precise controls, superbly made in Italy but for the US market. This is a $10k piece of equipment if brand new!!
