We drove from Charlotte, NC to see a trunk we found online! The salesman my BF had been working with was not working the day we came down, and didn’t tell anyone we were coming. But it worked out great! We drove it, and loved it. It’s a very busy place, not enough parking for customers, and primarily a Spanish speaking business. Process took a little longer than it should have for a cash sale, but things happen.
All in All it was a good experience and we got a beautiful truck we couldn’t find locally!! Traded in a Chevy, left with a Ford!

Purchased a truck in December. Two weeks after I purchased, the engine went out. They refused to trade me out of the truck and refused to help me at their cost. Matthew Curry Ford and Sarasota said that it would be $21,000 to fix the engine. I couldn’t afford that so I got a private loan for $10,000. I ended up spending just over 11,000 trying to rebuild the engine and got ripped off by MY mechanic. I just did a voluntary repo and now I have $34,000 in debt. They could have helped me. They could have traded in the truck and sold me another truck. I told them that I would be willing to lose money. I understood that. Anyways, Suncoast Federal credit Union just let a $27,000 truck go for $2600 because of the engine at the auction now I owe the balance. You will never meet the owner, the salesman are under 5 years experienced. RUN they don’t care to help you they don’t care to service your truck cause they don’t care to do anything. I will now be filing for bankruptcy. You literally ruined my life by not helping me

Just bought my second car in a year's time from Auto JC.  Came in for one car, ended up looking at two others.  They were patient and willing to work with us.  Prices online weer 1k less thsn marked at dealership but we paid cash (debit card)  Im pretty sure my next car will be from here too.  This is not a used car salesman type place. Got hosed somewhere else and came back to this place.  All cars had clean titles in this lot.  Thank you Auto JC Florida  LLC.
