I’d check if the cars really worth buying please inspect the vehicle you are thinking of purchasing. The workers tell u everything you need to hear so u can buy the car. Leased a mustang from them and turns out the car shouldn’t even be a clean title it was wrecked once before I got it. The car also came with an abs light which they told me was a faulty sensor but it wasn’t. I was told that I could also fix the issues with the “warranty” and that it would start from the first payment but tuned out that there was no warranty and I kept sending emails, calls, and text but no response they are very unprofessional and would not recommend this dealership to any1. Once I Took the car to ford then I found out the car had a bent core support, evap box was hanging, damaged harness in multiple places, and has configuration codes across numerous modules.I didn’t find that out till I got home and checked the car fax.

I had a similar experience with that dealership. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They initially agreed to a specific price during our discussions, but when it came time to finalize the deal, they did not honor the pricing agreement. Instead, they attempted to add extra costs and fees that were never mentioned before.

This kind of business practice—making promises to secure a customer’s trust and then changing terms later—is misleading and unprofessional. Transparency and honesty should be the foundation of any dealership, especially when customers are making such an important financial decision.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership get everything in writing and double-check the final paperwork carefully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them for fair or trustworthy service.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER !! They sold us a 2014 ram truck with a knock in it. We drove off the lot not thinking that a dealer ship would sell us a messed up vehicle right off the lot. They’ll sell you a car with no engine lights and try to make you wait 30 days for their “warranty” to kick in so by then it’ll be too late for you to do anything. We ended up getting the truck diagnosed and inspected and found out the truck has a rod knock which means the motor could possibly need to be replaced. They took advantage of us because we’re young and first time car buyers. Please for your sake do NOT do business with these people. Although they may seen nice and caring they do not have the best intentions. They’ve been giving us the run around and hate to answer phone calls and messages. They will try to send you to their mechanic after trust was already broken. We’ve been waiting for our paperwork and every time we ask for it they give us the round around. Again like I said please and believe me when I say DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Most of these good reviews you see are fake reviews written by the workers themselves. They’ll ask you to leave a review then use your phone to search up the business and write a good review themselves.

Ay man I gotta say the service was 100/10, the team was great!!!! When you go there ask for Randy great guy and helped me a lot to get my dream car at 19 the scat pack!!!! Trust me you won’t be disappointed

On 02/27/2025, I inquired on a vehicle that has been on Car One USA’ lot for 4 months on 3/8/2025. I made a verbal offer to sales, Luis Giro, and he accepted. I further sent a text message confirming the offer, and received a thumbs up. Due to living 4.5 hrs. from the dealer, I requested Luis send over a sales agreement with the OTD price agreed on the rebuilt titled 2021 blue Charger Hellcat Redeye. I sent text messages, called and received “we are slammed in here, but my finance will get it sent over.”

Thirty minutes prior to close on 3/1/2025, I sent Luis a text requesting the sales agreement due to driving down the following day. I further advised Luis I would be taking off work, renting a car, and driving 4.5 hrs to purchase and needed the agreed upon price to be in writing.

I then received a text message back “ They will not do $47k out the door.  This one is in excellent conditions.”  There is no “excellent conditions” on a REBUILT titled vehicle.

Stay away, I’ve now dealt with a “sketchy” buy here pay here dealership. I should have trusted these reviews. Furthermore, conduct a search of Luis Giro on Google. Do not send funds or have any involvement in this shady dealership!!
