I want to share this with everyone to make sure no one else make the same mistake that my friend is involve now with her car  .
My friend Rosa bought her car on September 10th 2024 the first week her car had engine light she get her car to check they keep the car for two days they told her no problem everything was okay nothing wrong with the car  .  A week later still the same issue she decide to get her car check with Ford dealer . diagnostic motor broken , is a shame that they sells cars is this conditions to the people that working very to buy a car .  It's a shame that these people take advantage of the Hispanics people

I bought a car here when I first moved back to NJ about 6-7 years ago. The process was relatively painless and I was driving my new-to-me car within a day or so. A few days later I get a check engine light come on. I'm nearby so they suggest bringing it to the mechanic next door. It's a sensor, the mechanic tells me, and they replace it, free of charge. The light keeps coming back on, they keep "checking" it and resetting it. Few months pass, light still flashing, but it drives okay until  it doesn't. I bring it to the local Nissan dealership. Turns out it's my catalytic converters AND my MCU. Cost me a fortune to fix. The best advice I can give, a lesson hard earned, is take it to a reputable mechanic before you sign any papers (not the mechanic next to them!). I feel like they saw me coming.
