Super easy transaction with Zach and Eric at Alpine Motors. I honestly didn't think I'd get approved for anything but we pulled it together!

The process of initial contact, test drive, trade in, financing, and paperwork could not have been easier. I'm happy with the 2009 Pontiac Vibe that I bought. The only minor thing is that the car definitely needs new tires.

I recently purchased a vehicle from alpine motors! It was a great experience with Mercedes! It was a really simple process and didn’t make me feel pressured or uncomfortable like some other dealerships. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely go back.

Got my first car from them Zach and Jason both helped with getting it and its a great car. Very cool guys and worked it out easily. Appreciate their help. Great dealers to work with.

We spent 30 minutes on the lot. Nobody offered or asked if we needed help. One salesperson was helping a couple inside. The others just stood around chatting with each other. We came back a little later, still we weren't even acknowledged. I emailed them to explain I had cash in full & needed a car asap for my son's medical appointments. Long story short, we ended up going to JD AUTO on McLaughlin in Gladstone & got a great deal on a Honda Pilot with good mileage. In my opinion, I got great service with a great vehicle at JD AUTO. I continue to get junk emails from Alpine.

One month in and all is great. Mercedes was awesome. Great place to buy a great car. Mercedes was knowledgeable, direct, straightforward, reasonable, communicative, and highly pleasant. Was happy to deal with her. Know this review is legit if you see this positivity! If anything substantially changes in the future this review will reflect that. I am very pleased! Thank you!
