We have only had this 2 years (late August 2023), and need to move/ downsize. Pet free, smoke free, super clean home. Pillows can be included if you want them. This was my favorite couch by far. Retailed for $2230 (sale price) Priced to sell! 11.5 feet - long side 8.5 feet - shorter side 31" seating depth. Eastgate area by Safeway- you will need a truck. If you are not able to get one, we MIGHT be able to borrow one and deliver for a small fee.
