I bought a new Mercedes in February, which is Mike from Sales provided above and beyond service. Since the car was in the garage for a few months, I had a few issues . Kevin from services nog just fixed it, but expedited , so I have my car sooner. Thank you Mercedes of Delray for excellent customer service

Just bought a very nicely CPO’d MB from Justin at MB of Delray over the phone from St. Louis, sight unseen. They took my deposit, did all the work to CPO the car (Which was substantial ) and had it detailed and ready for pickup. Car was in pristine condition just as described, and Justin went out of his way to work with the service staff to make sure the car was perfect.   I can tell you Justin took care of everything, the price was exactly as described..,no “gotch yas” and I’d simply say flat out you can feel confident buying a Mercedes-Benz from Justin and his dealership in Delray.

I paid $1,400 for replacing the nozzle with antifreeze, which was changed for 30 minutes. The spare part itself cost 165 dollars, the robot was valued at 1050 dollars. After that, they gave the car after washing. What do you think is a well-washed car? Is this your service?
