This is a Gessi Yoshimoto Swallows on Wisteria woodblock print. The woodblock print itself is in good condition, but the surrounding paper backing has water damage from glass cleaner. Removed print from frame, inspected (photos attached). cleaned and painted wood frame. re-matted the print, which fully hides all water damage on the surrounding paper. cleaned glass with new backing. ready to hang! Print is 4-3/4" x 9". Frame is 8" x 15-1/2"
