Very good fast service for fixing my scooter. They also had a nice choice of new scooters and motor bikes.

Just wanted to share my brief experience. I went in interested in finding a 150-200cc Italian looking scooter in Pink. When I went in the lady on the floor said helloand was busy helping someone else. I didn't see anything pink on the floor so I went back to my car. A gentlemen was so kind and approached me after I got in my car to make sure I was helped. That sort of service is hard to find these days and really made me feel welcome. They didn't have what I was looking for but I'll be back to check in and see what they have in stock at a later date. Great experience 👍

The new people working there is lazy don’t want to work saying they don’t do after market parts but is the only  ones that can work on the scooters no one else will it’s a waste of money nobody will work on your bike but this company don’t get nothing from them they lame I’m sure they will be out of business soon bring back the people that was there  before in 2021

Mel is great!  This place rocks!  I bought my very first scooter here and Mel was very helpful with letting me know about engine sizes and went over all of the different scooters they have.  He is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about my purchase.  Also, they have an excellent service department.  I know if anything were go go wrong with my scooter that I can take it to them and they would take care of me.  I have already had my first oil change done after putting 300 miles on my scooter and they serviced it for me.  I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market looking for a scooter.  I like the Maddog 150cc ones.  They look better than the Honda Ruckus and do not come with the heavy price tag that the Ruckus carries.

Bought my first scooter here over the summer (an amigo 150cc), and I have to say ai had a great experience. I had read some negative reviews about customer service, but every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I came in with little to no knowledge of scooters and asked many questions which were patiently answered. I also was given great advice on which scooter would fit my needs (rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive one). To compare, I also visited 3 other scooter shops in sf and the bay area and this one was by far the best in terms of selection, service and price.

I came back a week after my initial visit to purchase it and once again everyone was great, even helping my mom and I get it into the back of our minivan and tie it down. I will say though it did take a little bit for them to get the scooter ready once I had bought it, make sure to have something to do while you wait (we ran some errands, I think it was 2 hours or so).

Pretty soon after I got it home I noticed there was a puncture in the seat. I called the shop and they said to just bring it in and they would replace it, so I did. Quick and easy!

A few weeks later I noticed another small issue and once again they were happy to fix it, though I ended up figuring it out myself.

All in all a great shop, that I would definitely recommend.
