These sat on a bookshelf in my office for the past two decades, used occasionally at moderate to low volumes. This is a matched set. One might notice a minor distortion along the edge of each woofer. I first noticed this more than 10 years ago. I actually have 4 of these speakers, all 4 have done the exact same thing & I’ve seen many on eBay with this issue. apparently it is just something these speakers do as they age. This does not seem to affect sound quality. Rest assured they will sound beautiful. Should you buy them… I’m only selling them as my wife wants me to declutter our office. They’re a little dusty. The photos really show the dust. Will clean better if a buyer is found.
