Couch is microsuede and chair is leather. Both are in great condition and sooo comfortable!! It’s a napper’s dream!! But… I am moving out of state, this weekend and I need to let them both of these gems go. The couch is about 3-4 years old. The chair is a tad older but is still so awesome! I’m pricing this pretty pair to part ways with me by soon!! Not much, time left $200. I love them but I have no room for them! So don’t miss a fabulous deal!!! $100 a piece, for EUC furniture!!!! *one note is you will be responsible for your own hauling. I cannot t provide that. I’m sorry.
