No damage and never been mounted because I bought it from someone that claimed it was for my truck 99'-06' GM, but it did not fit. I think it is for a newer model or maybe for the suv's like tahoe or yukon or something. I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE, but it does not fit leaf spring trucks from my year. Youre welcome to test fit first, but I put measurements in pics. The first $60 can have it. These are well over $100-$200 new so, $60 is fair. Just want it gone today.
