Amazing dealership and people. Showed up to see a truck I was interested in and was able to test drive it right away. The Toyota Tacoma was in tip top condition and after discussing prices we quickly agreed to a fair deal for both parties. Walked in, drove it and had it in my name within 20-30 minute’s. I saw 4.8 stars reviews on this company, but mark my words they are a 5+ star company. And I'm not a person to get persuaded easily. Took a chance from Long Island, New York to Chantilly, Virginia to look at a 2015 Maserati Ghibil. Upon arriving I spoke with a representative who got the car all ready for me.
I waited literally less than 5 mins to see and test drive the car. Car still has that new car smell, clean interior, very minor scars on front, might need new brakes etc. as with all used cars. Engine runs smooth, no accidents, AC ice cold and heat works as well. Sales person was very honest, relaxed. They filled up the gas tank and washed my car as they promised, they also paid for a 3 month warranty on the engine and transmission God forbid if something unknown was there. Very excellent customer service, very nice cars, nothing less than 5+ stars.

Amazing location to purchase a used vehicle. I have bought two trucks from Nova Autoland because they have the best prices and customer service on the market. The manager Hooman is a true to his word and honest man who gave me a 4 month tire to tire warranty in case anything is wrong. I've called both times about a vehicle with a 30 minute notice and upon arrival the car was washed, detailed, and had every engine liquid topped off with a fresh oil change waiting for a test drive. Incredible service I was in and out the door within an hour with a mint F150. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

If I could do 0 stars, I would. This dealership sold my brother his first car and it's a total LEMON. They painted the entire bottom of the truck to hide the fact that the frame is completely rusted out and defective. Within the first two months of owning the vehicle, my brother began to experience mechanical issues and it's only gotten worse. Now, a little over a year since he purchased the car from NOVA AUTO LAND, it has been deemed "unsafe to drive due to a minimum of 5 years of rust damage" (as quoted by a mechanic). We have tried to contact the dealership directly and repeatedly to solve this matter, but at this time, there's been no resolution. I'm disappointed that I have to leave a harsh review on a local business in my community, but since my brother hasn't been able fix these issues on his own, here I am.

I was searching for a Hyundai Equus and Nova Autoland had a BEAUTY! I drove from New Jersey to Virginia the next morning to get it.Sam helped with everything I needed.
