It is an electric powered high performance scooter. It is legal on all sidewalks and on campus in Boulder. It is not blue however, this one is white. It’s only been used for a couple months. Even though it was used its been tuned up with a new chain tensioner, new chain, new back tire tube, stronger bolts to hold the sprocket, and lubed all the moving parts. A single charge is enough to power the bike up to over 20 miles per charge, and when you're finished riding, the entire machine folds flat for easy storage.
