This is the TikTok famous 12’ Grand Duchess Christmas tree. It was only used for one year. Everything works perfectly on it, it comes with a remote, and it is in like new condition. Im only selling it because my new house won’t fit it. This tree retails for $899 and the bag that it comes with retails for $48, both before tax. Please see the attached photos for an image of the receipt for purchase in 2024. I will not go lower than $550 for the tree and bag so please don’t ask. No holds. Pick up in the Saugus area.
