I broke my leg and this thing was a game changer. I was able to carry heavy groceries and objects in the metal basket, which is removable. I was able to walk the mall and role over grass and gravel with these off road tires. Brakes work well and stopped easily, I weigh 200lbs. Take my advice, don't buy anyone with little Itty bitty wheels. This brand sells for 200 at Walmart
