I went to see what were my options without the intention of purchasing a new car. Mike immediately greeted me and start showing me cars. After he found out what I want/like, he took me to his office to run some numbers. While walking to his office, he said, “I am going to double check to see all the programs you qualified for so that you can get a bigger discount.” Mike said this without me having to ask. The number Mike provided was too good to pass on so I ended up leaving with a brand new car! What made my experience 5 stars was that Mike was not pushy at all. In addition, the nice gentleman at Concierge (I forget his name) was extremely helpful and nice. He offered to show me how the car work and he offered to set my phone to my car without me asking. Highly recommend the team at Fletcher Jones if you are looking to purchase a new car.

I’m giving specifically one person one star at Fletcher Jones, Townsend. His energy was initially good at first. I seen two cars I was interested in, a GLE AMG which looked nice but too many miles for my liking 55k, and a 2020 BMW with low miles 16k but just older then I wanted since the warranty was expired. I was willing to take a look at it the car but wasn’t sold on it at all. After about an hour or so I thought we had a deal until I finally seen the carfax and noticed that a BMW that was barely driven from what he told me had tie rods replaced and an alignment done before the car was traded in. I immediately didn’t want the car, instead of saying okay let’s find something else Townsend decided to tell me I’m wasting his time and thought he could talk me into buying the car. Without knowing why the tie rods were replaced he also told me that was normal. So once he figured out I wasn’t budging and his manager stepped in to make sure I was ok, he calmed down and said he would try to find me a car over the weekend. Come Monday morning he tells me he’s done some digging and offers me the same AMG with 55k miles that I already didn’t want on Friday. So basically he did no digging. Actually pushed me to another dealership in LA where I found the perfect GLE AMG, with low miles under warranty from my girl Natalia. LA city motors had great cars and great customer service. Townsend next time don’t tell a customer who’s ready to spend 70k he’s wasting your time, when your time is being wasted by people who don’t buy everyday, it’s your job next time help them find a different car they want like Natalia did. Been with Mercedes Benz for years last year found a car I wanted to upgrade too same year as the car I had a 2020 gle. First week I took it back saying the breaks was squeaking I was told to drop it off at fletcher jones my original lot and the guy Josh my service guy for years would make sure they fix whatever problem. I did that got a called back the next day breaks are just brand new they make noise ok. The breaks was so annoying that the second week I asked for my car back 2020 cla instead the manager at this branch called Josh my service guy and told him hey look at the brakes for me dropped it off again trusting the process. Got a called back same results, brakes are brand new let the mechanic ride with you too see what you hear and he say new brakes. Now there computer system was hacked at this time but they text you so you always have records. 8,000 miles later first oil change I have the presidential package which cost me 200 dollars a month more right. I tell him hey look my brakes still make noise you can’t say they new now he laughs and says ok I’ll have them look at that also. I get a call hey mechanic says your rotors need to be changed they’re really bad. I’m pissed ok well I’ve only had the car 5/6 months I brought it too you 3 times you said it was because the brakes was new. He replies our system down so I can’t see that right I screenshot our conversation and my compliments about the noise and him telling me to bring it in. He says let me talk to my service manager then says hey we will meet you half way the total is 3,800 we will fix the front and you fix the back. Minding that I put down 9k for the car. Ruined my hole experience with Mercedes I’ve been with them since 2016 I usually lease my cars from them was talked into purchasing from this lot and it’s been a nightmare. Your better off going to a side lot thinking your spending more money for safety or honesty is how this lot gets you off Mercedes Benz name they use it to get you no reliable

I needed to replace my aging Ford Focus, so I browsed the web and eventually came across a Google Ad that suggested a Mazda 3 at Fletcher Jones. The price was in the ball park of what I wanted to pay for a car in good condition, so I browsed their website and found thorough pictures and a free CarFax report.

I called the dealership’s number and Matthew answered. He was very helpful and friendly; checking to see if the car was in stock and then making sure I knew exactly where the used car dealership was located.

When I arrived, I met Alex, who was exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. We test drove the vehicle, and he did very well in convincing me what a great car the Mazda 3 was. After the test drive, I did take a look at the nearby dealerships and did find a potential car to rival the one I drove.

At the end of the dealership visits, I went with the most knowledgeable salesperson and the highest rated dealer (Fletcher Jones.) From initial phone call to agreed upon price, I believe it was 2hrs.

The day of purchase was pleasant, especially dealing with Maricar who was extremely friendly and proficient; she answered all questions I had regarding the registration process.

So far I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend Fletcher Jones to any of my family members or colleagues looking for a car.
