Dining table set

Dining table set. This is in very good condition.. The table has very light smudges on the table top surface; that I am pretty sure somebody out there is savvy enough to know how to get rid of them. One table leg has a slight chip; once again another easy fix. The chairs need to be cleaned up some; I recommend using some Tuff Stuff car upholstery cleaner. Tuff Stuff sprays on and foams up on the upholstery; you let it sit for about five seconds then you lightly scrubb the chair upholstery with the built in brush on the Tuff Stuff Upholstery cleaner can. This dining table sits high off the floor. This is a very nice dining table set. The table is very strong and sturdy; the chairs are as well. -I am teyou that of you clean up these chairs; you have a very nice dining table set. It is that good! ***The price is firm. Do not even bother with low ball offers which I am not accepting anyways. I will just ignore your messages****. SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY! . Location: Lake Mead and Hollywood area. -MY SUGGESTION IS THAT YOU COME GET WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU WANT OR HAVE BEEN EYEING DOWN ON MY LISTINGS! EVERYTHING LISTED IS REASONABLY PRICED! TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! EVERYTHING HAS TO GO! -Come get the stuff if you really want it! The stuff listed for sale needs to be cleared out of the house by next week! Because once the stuff is removed from the house; the stuff will not be available again to purchase anymore at a later date!
