Crafted of pine, a gorgeous softwood with a closed grain pattern. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture with elegant surfaces and consistent color tones. Features artisan-crafted details such as solid wood drawer boxes crafted with English dovetail joinery and smooth ball bearing glides. File drawers hold legal- or letter-sized files and are equipped with heavy-duty side-mounted guides. File guides can also be removed for regular drawer storage. The 2-drawer cabinet features two file drawers Drawers can be installed either on the left or right side of desk. File drawers have label frames to help keep you organized. Desk is not finished on all sides or designed to float in room. Back of desk is finished and able to float within the room. Adjustable levelers help with stability on uneven surfaces.
